Winsome Metropolitan District Nos. 1-3 are located on 767 acres located at the northwest corner of Hodgen Road and Meridian Road in northern El Paso County. The Winsome development will include 143 single family homes at full buildout, with open space, trails, and one 7-acre lot for commercial development.

The Districts are responsible for design review, covenant enforcement, open space, trails, and responsibilities as described in the Districts’ service plans.
